1. Mobile Service and Accessibility
Guru Car Detailing is a mobile detailing service. The client must provide a suitable location with access to the vehicle and, in some cases, a water and power source. We are not responsible for access restrictions or local regulations that may prevent service at the requested location.
2. Vehicle Assessment and Price Adjustments
Base prices are set according to the selected service, but they may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, tough stains, chemical residues, or any other exceptional condition may require additional work. In such cases, the client will be informed before proceeding with the service.
3. Liability Disclaimer
Guru Car Detailing takes all necessary precautions to care for your vehicle; however, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to paint, upholstery, glass, plastic, or any other vehicle components.
- Loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. We recommend removing all personal items before the service.
- Limited results in areas affected by extreme wear, oxidation, sun damage, or factory defects.
- Mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during or after the service, as they could be due to pre-existing conditions.
4. Service Guarantee and Customer Satisfaction
We strive to provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. However, results may vary based on the vehicle’s condition. If the client is not satisfied with any aspect of the service, they must notify the technician before they leave the location, as no claims will be accepted after service completion.
5. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If the client is unavailable at the agreed location without prior notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with Guru Car Detailing, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
